Shelley Long
Executive Director
Shelley has a deep love for community, music and supporting families and educators at BICCC. With a strong background in nonprofits and local connections, she has been creating a nurturing environment for over 15 years. As a Speech Pathologist in the North Kitsap School District, director of Stephen’s House on Bainbridge Island, and lead instructor at Bainbridge Performing Arts, Shelley has dedicated her career to advocating for children and families.
BICCC, a 502(c)(3) non-profit organization located on Bainbridge Island, serves the community and its families by providing affordable, accessible programs for preschool and school-age children where fun and learning are promoted in a creative, nurturing and safe environment.
